The Fox Street project involved the construction of an entirely new rear addition to an existing home, while renovation works to the front of the property were completed separately by the homeowners. Our scope focused solely on the new addition at the rear of the property.

Works included demolition of the existing rear structure, construction of a new concrete foundation and slab, and a full timber-framed addition connected to the existing dwelling. The build was completed with a strong emphasis on build quality, using additional fixings and materials beyond minimum requirements to ensure long-term strength and durability.

Externally, the new addition was fully wrapped and finished with new cladding, carefully integrated with the existing home. Particular attention was given to junction detailing and weather protection, delivering a robust, high-quality result built to last.
